So I did a 'year in a nutshell' thing last year ([link]), and thought I'd do it again. It's not quite as interesting, but so what?
Also, I made it look nicer. Instead of just throwing it together at the last minute, I throw it together at the second to last minute, and use the brush tool!
So, here we go.

JANUARY
I discovered Minecraft thanks to a friend at University. It's insanely addictive.

FEBRUARY
Midlands Expo comes around again, and I cosplay as the Engineer once more. We dominate the appropriately coloured sofas.

MARCH
An important month. First, I discover that friendship is magic. Second, I visit my sister, who was living in Osaka for a year.
Can you tell I put a LOAD of effort into this part of the picture?

APRIL
Portal 2. Hell yes.

MAY
London Expo, and I finally have a Giygas cosplay to wear. To my surprise, roughly 10 people knew who I was. Plus I found 2 Ness cosplayers. Also, I've reached the point where the staff at Pizza Express in Chinatown have my order memorised.

JUNE
Summer Of Sonic. There's a lot of Cosplays this year...
I went as Wes Weasley, and my costume was quite popular. I almost won my round in the cosplay contest (losing my a fraction to Black Doom).

JULY
My sister returns home, and to celebrate we got a 3 month old kitten. An incredibly naughty kitten, who behaves incredibly similarly to one of our previous cats (see last year). Climbing the curtains became a regular thing for her, both in and out of them.

AUGUST
Went to London again to see The Room. SPOOOOOOONS.

SEPTEMBER
Alton Towers, of course! And plenty of rides on Th13teen!

OCTOBER
More cosplay! This time as The Spy, although my TF2 time was dominated by ponies.

NOVEMBER
I spend money. On a Fluttershy Plushie I'd wanted for a LONG time (made by *SpaceVoyager) and the new iPhone 4S.

DECEMBER
Really, the only highlight was spending 36 hours working on a 35 second animation for University. [link]
And yes, I said highlight. I guess another would be getting out of Uni for the holidays...

So yeah, not a lot that would interest many people. But hey, I had some fun.

2012 should be alright.
Oh wait, we host the Olympics this year. I'm just gonna hide inside until that pisses off.
And then we're all supposed to die this year.

Pretty cute way of showing how last year went for you. Really like how Euan as Eggman looked in 'June'.

This is pretty awesome, your art style is just so cute as well! I love how you even recorded how long your hair was depending on the month xD
